Unfortunately, in light of the current government guidance surrounding COVID-19, we have taken the decision to pause internal recruitment.
Our number one priority is keeping both employees and candidates safe and healthy, so we have made this decision in line with recommendations to engage in social distancing practices. We have also recently implemented remote working for our team, meaning that we are currently unable to effectively facilitate interviews and induction procedures for successful candidates.
Please note that we do not currently intend to remove these vacancies entirely, however we are unable to progress through the recruitment process at this time and have therefore paused the below vacancies. We are currently unable to provide an estimated timescale for this.
Thank you for your patience with this matter.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to take lead responsibility for the delivery of all learning and development services across the business. You will primarily be responsible for designing and delivering a number of different learning and development solutions on behalf of our key clients, whilst also developing RBHR’s selection of open-courses available to businesses across the South West and beyond. From initial client meetings, conducting training needs analyses, designing and delivering learning solutions, and evaluating their effectiveness, you will be acting as a 360-learning and development consultant, looking after the complete training and development lifecycle.
This role requires working closely with the HR Operations Manager and Managing Director to develop and deliver a robust learning and development strategy whilst continually looking to take advantage of available business development opportunities. You will also work closely with the wider RBHR team to ensure our clients are aware of the services we offer, collaborating on projects with the Resourcing and HR Consultancy team as required.
But that’s not all! When you have the time you will assist the wider business (including the HR Operations Manager, Managing Director, Training, HR Consultancy and Project teams) with ad-hoc administrative support as required – we are a small company and everyone gets stuck in to achieve success for the business.
If you think you have what it takes to join our highly successful team, please apply today for immediate consideration. A competitive salary plus other benefits are on offer to the successful applicant.
Human Resources Consultant- Paused
This is an exciting time to join our business! We have grown significantly over the years and are looking to expand the team with additional talent to contribute to our continued growth.
We are looking for a HR Consultant to deliver professional, expert Employee Relations advice to clients (both new and existing) either by phone, email or at their premises, ensuring their individual needs are fulfilled and our commercial objectives are met. Working closely with colleagues and clients, as an HR Consultant you will manage a range of clients, supporting them with managing their people through their entire HR lifecycle, ensuring that all work is carried out in adherence to the necessary employment legislation and compliance with company processes at all times. In addition, you will support the wider team and Managing Director with other duties as required by the business.
There will also be opportunity to support the team with various training & development offerings (i.e. Management Development, HR masterclasses on practical HR issues) and be involved with the delivery of these programmes in conjunction with the rest of the team.
If you’re ready for a change, and have a strong employee relations background, we’d love to hear from you!
