What are the benefits of a CIPD qualification?
First and foremost, CIPD qualifications are globally-recognised in the HR field.
Which level is right for me?
The Foundation Certificate at level 3 gives a wide range of relevant, practical skills that can be applied in the workplace and a professional qualification to further a career within HR. It is also valuable for line managers, supervisors and team leaders who would like a recognised qualification to support and enhance their HR/people management responsibilities.
The Intermediate Certificate at level 5 is set at undergraduate level and will help to develop the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of HR models and practices, and increase the understanding of organisations, while developing planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. It also offers the opportunity to build on expertise in chosen HR subjects. The course is particularly suitable for HR professionals looking to develop their careers, or line managers who would like a recognised qualification to support and enhance their HR/people management responsibilities.
CIPD Advanced qualifications at level 7 are designed for people involved in implementing strategy and developing policies and are the most widely recognised professional qualifications in the field of HR or Learning & Development. Ideal for those aspiring to become a Chartered Member (MCIPD) or a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) of the CIPD.
