Through consultation we will identify which areas of your HR function could be outsourced, and you can opt to bolt on additional services on a limited or permanent basis as required.
Outsourcing can take effect in two ways either in house or externally.
In house - a consultant will be on site at your offices, which allows them to act as part of your team and carryout operational HR activities as required, such as, dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues.
External - the administrative side of HRO is commonly performed externally; we can hold your personnel files which allows us to deal with employee queries quickly and efficiently.
