We have used Rebecca Bevins HR Consultancy for our Graduate Programme recruitment campaigns since 2008. Rebecca and the team continue to deliver an excellent service to Barratt through their attention to detail and flexible approach. In 2013, we asked RBHR to help us with 3 additional new campaigns; an Undergraduate Recruitment Programme, a one-year Accelerated Graduate Programme and also a campaign for a new Foundation Degree Programme. Despite having all 4 campaigns running at the same time, RBHR delivered outstanding service and quality, with the team working day and night to manage hundreds of candidates through our process.
It is important to us at Barratt that our candidates have the best journey through the process, even if not successful. It is also important that candidates feel they are speaking with someone internally. RBHR have taken time over the years to understand our business, conducting site visits to understand our programmes, and working with our teams to ensure any new team members are up to speed. RBHR have also taken the time to fully understand what we are looking for in our candidates, and ensure only the highest quality candidates are invited to Assessment Centre, which significantly reduces costs and time for us.
